The H-Dimension portfolio of design support services includes consultation on all size and scale projects from remote office server rooms to large-scale enterprise data centers. All aspects from a casual initial phone consultation to a complete solution which includes room layouts, cooling strategies, conceptual testing in our laboratory to a complete construction specification for a mission-critical space or data center project can be supported by our technical design and engineer specialists.
Product On Site Installation
Our specialist will take care of your order from production to the handover of the completed project. Installation of the products will be done by our technicians. These services include
- Oversight of the order from the outset
- Inspection and checking of project documentation
- Inspection of products in the manufacturing facility before shipping
- Checking the preparation of the structure before installation (by phone/e-mail) and coordinating the installation process directly on site
- Unloading
- Moving of the products into the data center
- Unpacking the products (enclosures and accessories) and placing them
- Complete installation without the customer’s assistance
- User training
- Handover of the completed project
Assembling Assistance
H-Dimension specialist takes care of your order from the factory to the handover of finished work. Product installation is provided by your technical team, or external installation company trained by H-dimension specialist and under his following supervision.
This service ensures that a H-dimension specialist is present on-site to supervise installation and to provide best practice training for your technical staff. Tasks like Containment Aisle (Modular/Fixed) installation, Optiway attachment, High-Density Wire Management placement, RAMOS implementation together with, for example, site survey, are ideal for H-dimension.
Fiber & Racks
The range of H-Dimension optical solutions is designed for both outdoor and indoor network installations. It is highly diverse and covers all building, infrastructure and data center equipment projects. The major operators, installers and distributors have been our clients for many years.
Due to its diversity, the range of MMC 19” racks and boxes can meet all data center, transport infrastructure, building and healthcare facility/establishment requirements/needs. In order to optimize transportation and storage, the MMC Classic ESSENTIAL range racks are also available in “flat packs”. This solution allows reductions in volume of up to 75% compared to an assembled rack, and especially reduces transport and storage costs.
Data Centers
Building a data center is a very complex process requiring knowledge of other disciplines, cooling systems, power systems, safety equipment access, monitoring, and supervision. H-Dimension has extensive experience in working out systems and proposals from the basic data center layout across the concept of cooling through to monitoring and traffic control of the DC.
